Bake Ware

• Baking on a baking stone is similar to baking in a brick lined oven where heat is evenly distributed, so there is less chance to overcook or burn dishes
• The stone retains heat, so food remains hot long after leaving the oven
• Each item comes with use and care instructions
• Do not use soap on bakeware- just scrape and use hot water
• It will become seasoned, the worse it looks the better it cooks
